Mogambo is one of the latest deliveries from the Nobiskrug shipyard in Germany. Exterior and interior design by Reymond Langton result in a sleek and calm interior achieved with simple lines and details, flooded with light from full height windows and an athletic exterior full of spirit. An elevator gives access from the cabin deck through to the bridge deck. The main aft deck of Mogambo is very spacious with plenty of seating and sunbathing area and a outdoor dining area just aft of the main saloon entrance. There is a fold down television that swivels 180 degrees for both seating and dining viewing. Entering the main saloon from the main deck aft is direct to the formal sitting area for Mogambo. The main deck bar is in the middle section of the salon to port and made from ebonised walnut with a recessed marotte panel at the front. The main dining table is just forward and is diamante veneer with a high/low light box. Forward to starboard is the main lobby with access to the bridge deck and cabin deck with a 3 person lift. A day head with Japanese styled toilet is here for the main deck. The sky lounge is aft and has a flat screen TV with full surround sound and through sliding doors is the bridge deck outside dining for up to 14. Mogambo was back at the shipyard winter 2013/2014 where this dining area has been upgraded to now include a series of sliding doors enabling the area to be completely closed off from in the event of undesirable weather. Further aft is some outside lounge chairs which can be covered with awnings if needed. The sundeck has an outdoor cinema, gym, Jacuzzi for 15 people and bar… an area catering to all guests and clearly the most used area of the yacht. From the main aft deck is access to the swim platform which gives access to Mogambo’s beach club. A perfect place to relax, have a steam shower, enjoy a massage or use the hair salon.
