Launched in 2010, motor yacht SUNRAYS is an 85.5m (280'6") OceAnco vessel, built under the project number Y705. A superior vessel, in size, design and quality, the yacht represents a very important accomplishment for the Dutch yacht builder, boasting striking exterior design by Bjorn Johansson Design and naval architecture by Azure Naval Architects while her elegant and modern interiors were created by Terence Disdale Design. SUNRAYS sleeps 16 guests in 8 deluxe cabins. NOTABLE FEATURES: ~ Spa pool ~ Elegant interior styling with lavish furnishing ~ Spacious dining areas ~ Vast sundeck and plenty of space for sunning ~ Superb water toys Superyacht SUNRAYS has a softly curved teal coloured aluminium superstructure - an exterior design shape which was designed by the masterful Bjorn Johansson Design which was built with a steel hull and topped with an aluminium superstructure. Indeed an interesting feature of the design is that all of her 4 exterior decks reveals soothing water features - blend perfectly with the beautifully curved superstructure. On her bridge deck resides the Spa Pool spa, as well as a bamboo-finished lounge which can be transformed into a movie theatre arena. The owners’ input is evident in the layout of the spa lounge which can also be converted into a movie theatre. On the sun deck a semi-enclosed air-conditioned bar, fully equipped with cooking facilities, separates the forward spa area from the aft sun-bed lounge deck. Luxury yacht Sunrays had her naval architecture produced by Azure Naval Architects Oceanco, and her heavenly interior design is the work of Terence Disdale, as aided by the yacht’s owner. Whilst the interior offers generous living areas including a full-beam lounge and spacious dining room. A multifunctional interior is created with built-in table tops which have been recessed and hidden in the ceiling. This means the luxury yacht can be flexible for various entertaining and private occasions. M/Y SUNRAYS also boasts a foldable exterior bulwark allowing her dinner guests wonderful unobstructed ocean views. Superyacht SUNRAY (Y705) is based on the proven technical Oceanco Y700 platform. Her exterior is by Björn Johansson Design and her interior by Terence Disdale Design and she is certain to stand out amongst other large yachts. The large dining room can be converted into a video conference room with the optional use of the adjacent library. The standard foldable exterior bulwark assures guests an unrestricted view while dinner is served.

Please note that the twin beds are fixed. OVERALL LAYOUT MAIN DECK The main deck holds a VIP cabin and four guest cabins which connect to each other. The large dining room can be converted into a video conference room with the optional use of the adjacent library. The standard foldable exterior bulwark assures guests an unrestricted view while dinner is served. Aft of the sleeping accommodation is a full beam lounge. OWNER’S DECK The Master suite is located on the upper deck, which is totally dedicated to her owner. The suite includes en-suite his & hers bathrooms and dressings, a private full beam lounge, a study room and a VIP cabin. Both rooms have foldable sea balconies and can also be connected with the Master suite, thus serving as one living area. In addition, the owner’s exterior foredeck hosts a whirlpool and sunbathing area. On the spacious aft deck two round tables can convert into one very large oval dining table for up to 22 guests.

ENTERTAINMENT SYSTEM IN THE CABINS All guest cabins come equipped with widescreen HD LED Sony televisions along with AquaVision televisions in all bathrooms. Some of the larger cabins with separate areas have more televisions. All cabins have dedicated entertainment systems listed below controlled by Crestron: • Cable TV Box i.e. SKY television in Europe • Kaleidescape Movie, TV Show and Music player. 1800 movies and TV series. • Apple TV • iPod docking station • YachtEye tracking system to view Sunrays’ current position, menus and information on the surrounding areas • Access to Global Entertainment – view or listen to the current movie and music currently playing throughout Sunrays • Sky TV in the Med, local Cable TV for other areas. All of these systems are controlled using an iPad, one for each cabin. The iPads are also fully integrated to the heating, lighting and window blind systems allowing the guest to control everything from the one controller. If the guest has any requests or issues, there is also a Steward Call function on the iPad so that a crew member can assist. ENTERTAINMENT SYSTEM IN THE LIVING AREAS Every guest area outside of the cabins has the same equipment. The master salon has a playstation 4. All of the guest areas have access to global sources, meaning that the same movie or music can be playing throughout the vessel. This includes the ROV so that all guests can see what is under/around the vessel if it is in use. The Aft decks have televisions that lower from the deck heads and rotate to face wherever the guest is situated. On the pool deck, master deck and music deck we have a brand new Meyer Sound system, with integrated sub-woofers. The pool deck also comes with colored programmable LED lighting in the deck heads and the pool. All Aft decks have iPads for control. MUSIC & SKY DECK The Music and SKY has a fully integrated Disco system with DMX lighting; consisting of a Pioneer mixing desk, moving Martin lights, smoke machine and a disco ball. This can be isolated to either deck as well as having the disco across both floors. The music from the mixing desk can also be distributed around the entire vessel, inside and out, so that it is heard everywhere. MY Sunrays has wifi internet throughout the vessel, both internally and all outside areas, allowing guests to have internet access 24/7 anywhere on board. This can be used for general browsing or, if required, VOIP services. There are also two areas that have video conferencing equipment should a guest require it. Sunrays is equipped with various types satellite communication in order for phone calls to be made/received when in areas without mobile phone signal. Economical speed is 12.80knots/500ltrs/hr SUNRAYS is RYA recognised and has a dive instructor to accompany certified guests if they wish to charter with a shore-side dive company. All guests who want to use the jet-skis need to take part in the on-board training and certification. An elevator serves the main guest areas. SUNRAYS does not accept more than 12 passengers. Any occasional worker will have to sleep in the available guest cabins (4 max).
